ok..here are the pictures

so i have to keep this short and sweet because for some reason everything i do has to be short and sweet

one would think i would have more time to do things now but that is just not true.....

meow meow is doing well

she is up and moving a bit still in lots of pain but she is sassy and that is a great sign

sadie and silas are singing her songs and talking to her non-stop about this and that and babe is trying to eat her food

so everything is sort of back to

normal

we have been playing outside as much as possible

it is hard to believe it is august - but the sky and clouds are starting to get that "i am turning to fall" look about them

which makes me panic - because once again i feel as though i have done nothing i wanted to this summer

so this weekend if the weather holds up we are headed to the beach and to a folk music festival for dancing

and kite flying

sadie and silas are both moving up to another class room in a few weeks which is exciting -it is hard to believe how fast these years have gone

anyways enjoy the pictures and i will keep you all posted on things to come

ps. sadie is really big on giving bubby lots and lots and lots of kisses!

meow meow update

meow meow is doing well
she is eating and drinking - the vet said she is remarkable kitty cat and is healing really well considering the extent of her injuries
so we have another week worth of meds and continue to keep our fingers crossed
sadie and silas are painting and drawing get well cards for her and making decorations for her cage
sadie was drawing some really fancy and colorful little birds for meow meow to look at
so overall we are doing well
still very sad about everything but at the same time we have had some good news that she is going to pull through - she may never attack squirrels again - but honestly i can do without that
we have another appt set for next tuesday so until.....she will be spoiled rotten with songs, warm soft kitty food and lots of warm love

quick note....

i will try later today or tomorrow to update with some super cute cutie pictures -because of course we have lots

but i write this on sort of a sad note - our little meow meow was hurt really bad yesterday so i need everyone to come together and think happy pink cells of health!!!

she is purring and resting but the next few days are very important to determine whether she will make it or not

and i know everyone is wondering what happened......????

we are not sure

we think she was some how caught under a car and dragged so she has what appears to be 3rd degree burns on her side, neck, face and tail - all her pelvic bones are broken

but as i said she is purring and she is eating and drinking so things are looking good but if her skin does not heal there is not much that can be done

so please send her good well wishes
