oh the kitchen.....

so i know you are ALL wondering how the kitchen will be arranged .....
the stove and the sink are being swapped
so this big studded wall you are looking at will be the new house for the sink and dishwasher!!!
i will continue to update as things go.
today will be mostly redoing ALL the plumbing in the basement
i think the most exciting thing about this project so far besides the fact that yes we will be getting a new kitchen is we do have a new hot water heater!!!!
yes we do!
which means no 7 min or less showers!!!!!! YIPPPPPEEEE!!!!

bathroom

i apologize i meant to put pics up with the bathroom done so here ya go....not totally done but mostly

kidlets weekend of marshmellows and hot dogs!

we totally scored this weekend with 80 degrees!
sadie has been talking non-stop about camping so we had a camp fire and roasted marshmallows and hotdogs...of course no one really ate b/c it was WAY to exciting to have a camp fire!!!
we hung out on the beach most of the weekend collecting rocks, throwing rocks, building with rocks, creating rock families.....it was nice.
silas has taken to stomping all flowers and plants coming up. he thinks it is hilarious.....we do not.
everyday they both amaze me a little more
sadie's imagination runs crazy with stories.
"mommy when i lived on the planet i was green and really big and my hair was a garden"
silas can count to 10 by himself and if uninterrupted can do the alphabet
sadie loves to help her little brother though any chance she can get.
so for now we are playing outside any chance we get and enjoying the smells and green sprouts
i will keep you all posted as often as i can b/c our life is about to get real crazy real soon
today (tuesday) the kitchen is being dismantled
i took the day off to "rest" sort of and go to home depot to pick up odds and ends
oh...just a month of this right????
