overpowered by FUNK!

oh the little executive and ALL her power














yes sadie is taking typing classes so she can email elmo all her deepest and darkest secrets
aside from her taking control of the world through the internet she has been giving some many HUGS!
she still tries to chase after frankie to give her a hug which frankie is still running away from frantically........
sadies new big thing is zerberts (sp) and if anyone out there knows the right way to spell zerbert aka raspberry than you will win a free date with SADIE
yes it is an all inclusive package that comes with diaper changes, hugs, zerberts, flung food, lots of talk about elmo and perhaps if you are lucky a kiss
sadie is really into dancing right now
she can say the word dance than she starts to shake her little booty to the beat and stomp her feet
our friends gave us a BUNCH of electronic music equipment so we have a keyboard and a guitar
she buts the keyboard on the samba beat ups the tempo and starts playing while dancing!
so our baby gots a lot of funk in her dance step
we are hoping to take her to a blues band on wed eve so she can really get her groove going
when she makes an interesting note she exclaims in awe "WOW"
it is fun to watch

oh the places you may go....

everyday sadie gets a little wiser and little more opinionated
don't think she would of gotten that stubborn streak from either of her parents but who knows
lets see
nothing much happening no wildlife scares this week
we did have a good weekend it was mostly a husband appreciation weekend which was fun
aaron played out at the beachland on friday night
so i actually got a chance to see them in over a year!
they were wonderful and brought in the biggest crowd
go rock n roll daddy!
i ended up staying up WAY past my bed time which i have to say is typically 9:30/10:00
not sure what i am going to do when school starts which is scary to say but i only have three more weeks of school freedom before i have to sit in on a very very slow moving library class
which does not end till 10:00 so i will not be getting home till 11:00
UGH!
well only two more years i hope
anyways sadie is talking a lot and conducting imaginary play which is hoot to watch
she likes to sing and make her doll "lola" dance
this also gets her laughing real good
which than makes aaron and i laugh
she has decided brown and white food is the BEST to eat unless its pizza than she indulges in other colors of food
she has also discovered her tunnel
so we hung out almost ALL day on sunday outside playing with the balls and running in and out of tunnel
this is a good age squashing flowers, making mud pies and chasing mom in and out of the tunnel
that is about all for now enjoy the movie and the pictures

wildlife in collinwood

this has been a wonderful week for sadie.....
and a bad week for me
i feel like a bad mom because with all my love for taking picture upon pictures i have not captured any wonderful moments between sadie and her cousins!
so let me illustrate the smiles on sadie's face when maggie, and darcey run through the bubbles with her
big kisses from cousin connor
and lots of hugs and kisses from aunt mel and uncle danny!
everyday sadie comes home from playing exhausted but happy
she falls asleep with a big smile and wakes up talking ready to go
they have been to the zoo, walking at the nature center, playing in the backyard with mimi and bumpa
learning about birds and flowers
sadie loves to yell aggie for maggie
mimi and if bumpa leaves the room a very loud squeal BUMPA comes from somewhere in the room.....
now the title of this post is about wildlife and i am not talking about the cousins but our little trash visitor we recently had
he hung out in trash for about 45 minutes after i dumped it over why i am not sure but the little fellow kept aaron up all night thinking some one was in the house
see what happens when all your windows open and you hear new things?
aside from all the excitement nothing more really has happened
we go to work, water the sod and think about sleeping
sadie is growing in leaps and bounds its hard to describe everything she is doing
her vocabulary is large though still half the sentences and words she says i have not figured out
she says them with so much determination they have to mean something right?
