happy b-day little cupcake girl!

one more week.....

hello everyone!
lots has happened since last we chatted......
i started my new job and survived one week!
everyone actually left me alone i would go into work sit at a laptop start work turn off the laptop at the end of the day and go home.....
that was that
rather simple and painless like work is suppose to be right?
anyways it is lots of fun to be working downtown right in the middle of all the big ole buildings in cleveland
sadie had a little adjustment because aaron would drop her off at mimi's and picked her up so when she did see me she would not let go
aaron and sadie had two days off together and they played, went grocery shopping, bought some plants (and sadie charmed the checker lady at the store so much that she forgot to ring up a few things) they even came down and had lunch with me and saw my new office well...sort of
i am the moving employee at the moment
everyday i find a new place to work until july when we go through and do a complete office cleaning than i get a clean office with stacks and stacks of paper
anyways aaron and i just celebrate our 4th anniversary together!
sadie spent the night at mimi and bumpa's so that aaron and i could go out to dinner and sit on the front porch swing until midnight!
yup i stayed up past 9:00 which is a first in almost one year!
it was lots of fun and like anything in our life full of adventure
we went out for sushi at our favorite restaurant only to find it closed down UGH so we ended up going downtown for sushi which was still super yummy we pay our bill go out to the car and well....the car won't start
so we spent a better portion of the eve with the AAA tow truck driver who was telling us crazy stories about some of people he had has passengers.....all i have to say is if you are looking for a date and need a career change tow truck is a good route to go....
lets see sadie is doing well...she is learning to sing happy birthday and she is totally excited about turning 1 (okay we are totally excited)
she loves I MEAN LOVES to play in the water
i turn on the hose and hose down both baby and the plants its fun.........

almost there......

we have almost hit the 12 months, one year, un año, 1年, un an






it is so hard to believe how quickly things change......
today is not the day for a retrospect but it is my last day of work......
so in the respects i am feeling a little sentimental about life in general
8 years at the art museum to begin a new life
one that is dictated by the bus schedule, baseball and meetings
and i have to say i could not done any of this with out my current boss
so thanks FFR for teaching me geek talk!
enough about me and my life changes....
sadie is growing physically and mentally
adding new vocab words daily that we can not even keep up
she nows says birdie and a few others i have not been able to translate
i think babel fish needs to come up with a translator from baby to english......
i think a lot of parents would be happy (not to mention baby who is finally understood)
but sadie points to things she wants and she is learning to run
which is fun and scary to watch but she is getting better at it all the time
her favorite activity right now is dancing
she loves to listen to music or sing and dance which is becoming an aerobic work out for all of us.....so time to cancel any gym membership.....just grab a sadie and some parisian music and start wiggling
house up date: we have signed all our loan papers and are just waiting for the windows to be delivered...
so for all of you flying in for sadie's b-day the house should (cross your fingers) be done!

got a lot on the plate: new house, new job, older baby and anniversary!
until than enjoy the sunshine and stop and eat some mint (sadie other new habit she likes to pick mint out of the garden every morning before going to mimi's and eat it on the drive over)
PS. sadie went swimming okay well not really swimming but she put her feet in the lake last weekend and played with the sand......afterwards with a super soggy diaper we stripped her down and aaron helped her run through the sprinkler in the back yard summer is fun for naked babies to blow bubbles and run through sprinklers!
PSS. the groundhog is back
